Light bulbs. They are small, relatively inexpensive, easily dismissed but yet vitally important. So it is understandable that if you replace a light bulb,
you expect it to keep working. How many of us have replaced a headlight or tail light or bulb of some kind only to discover shortly afterward that it has gone out again? Unfortunately, this happens more than we would like. When this happens, there is a chance that it could be melted connections causing the bulbs to short out. At Autoscope, we make sure to double check the lamp connectors, wires and bulb carriers in the vehicles when replacing bulbs. While this is not a perfect process it does limit the opportunity for continued replacements and potentially damaging issues like melted wires, connectors and shorts. If you have been repeatedly replacing light bulbs, make sure to have a technician check all the wires, connectors and carriers.
